Mike has been providing accounting, consulting and auditing services to financial institutions for over 30 years. Considered the “CECL Guru,” Mike was selected by the AICPA to create and deliver their 8-hour CPE course on CECL. He is a past member of the Auditing Standards Board, a published author on Accounting and Auditing for Financial Institutions, and has spoken at numerous AICPA conferences. He graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Brett, a Virginia Tech Computer Engineering alumnus, spearheads ARCSys' Technology team. Since 2010, he's driven the creation of innovative, high-performance applications, empowering accounting professionals and institutions.

Justin has over a decade of accounting and implementation experience, onboarding clients into both CECL and the Incurred Loss Model. Justin supports clients with their allowance calculations and answers accounting questions as part of the ARCSys service model, helping institutions better understand their data.

Alyssa leverages her understanding of client needs, learning best practices, and market trends to inform product strategy and decision-making at ARCSys Technologies. She manages workload planning and day-to-day operations for the Technology Branch departments. Alyssa holds a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Virginia.

Lani works with the VP of Services to manage ARCSys' Consulting, Product Services, Sales & Marketing, & Learning departments. She aims to streamline client projects, understand evolving client needs, and ensure that timelines are being met throughout the Services branch. Lani began her work as an Executive Assistant at ARCSys and continues to strive to enhance internal processes and manage client-related workloads.

Cory is responsible for defining and implementing quality standards for the ACL Calculator and other ARCSys Technologies products. Joining the Implementation Team in 2017, she discovered a passion for software testing, which soon led to her establishing the company's quality and testing framework on the Development Team. Cory's 20-year restaurant background informs her user-centric quality approach.

Deborah is responsible for analyzing clients’ data, creating statistical models to meet each client’s needs, and creating dashboards for clients to visualize their data. Deborah received her Bachelor of Science in Statistics from LSU and a Master of Science in Statistics from UF.

Scott joined ARCSys in 2021 and his focus has been on expanding product reach and building relationships within the industry. Scott has worked in sales and account management for over 20 years and is a graduate of Old Dominion University.

With over ten years of teaching experience and a Master’s in Education from Lasell University, Sarah brings a unique, educational perspective to business growth and client support.
